Guarantee

RHODANI guarantees that the products in its www.rhodani.com online store are free of defects and in perfect condition at the time of shipment.

By law, the products are guaranteed for two years from the moment of purchase, provided it is due to faults or manufacturing defects. As well, the misuse or maintenance of the products is automatically exempt from warranty.



Warranty exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

The Shimano Product which has been damaged resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use and neglect of servicing. Worn or noisy ball bearings or gears and worn or sticky drag plates are all classified as normal wear and tear;
- Damage by corrosion due to salt water intrusion.
neglect or damages caused by unauthorized alterations, abuse or incorrect (dis)assembly by an unauthorized technician.
- Damage occurring during shipment of the Shimano Product.
- Damage resulting from use of products which are defective or incompatible with the Shimano Product.
- If the Shimano Product has been used for rental or commercial purposes.
- If Shimano's mark or serial number has been defaced or removed from the Products.
- Damage resulting from causes other than defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification or other abnormal, excessive or improper use. 

This warranty expressly provides for the repair or replacement of a defective reel or rod and is the sole remedy of the warranty. Any and all other remedies and damage that may otherwise be applicable are excluded, including but not limited to, incidental and consequential damages. 

This warranty does not cover:

Returns

If the user is not satisfied with the purchased products, they may proceed to return them within a period of no more than 15 days, which will be counted from the receipt of the same. The customer will bear the shipping costs.

The rules regarding returns (regulated by Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade), claims, guarantee and issuance of invoices, are as follows: returns that are not in their original packaging will not be accepted and with the products in perfect condition. The return of products that can be copied or reproduced immediately (CDs, films, books, software, etc.) cannot be returned, except in cases where the merchandise is defective.

As for returns due to possible incidents, such as the product being delivered damaged, damaged, wrong, or for any other cause capable of claim, RHODANI will request a collection of the product and will be responsible for the costs of the return.

IMPORTANT INFO! Please, check carefully the package and if any damaged or tampered is noticed, the carrier must be informed right away to write it down. Otherwise we do not guarantee to be able to process the incident.

For changes in size, color or one product for another, the customer will bear all the shipping costs of the return.

Outlet

In the Outlet only products that are discontinued are sold. They may or may not have minor cosmetic damage or come without their original packaging (in which case we notify the customer). That is why returns are not allowed and have no guarantee.



Delivery time

All orders placed after 5:00 p.m. will be processed from the next day. Likewise, orders placed on the weekend or on holidays will be processed from the next business day.

Depending on the shipping method and the country of destination, the delivery time may vary. In general, a peninsular shipment within the national territory takes between 24/48 hours since the package leaves our facilities.

When a customer places an order with several products, the package will not leave our central warehouse until we have received all the items, unless they tell us otherwise (note that it may carry an extra shipping cost).

All of our products have a stock label. This means that the shipment will be more or less fast.
